Mayvera exists to help organizations design psychologically healthy and safe workplaces—where people are heard, valued, and empowered to do their best work.
Our story began with a name that carries deep meaning and legacy. Dr. Jana combined her grandmothers’ names Mae and Vera to dedicate her mental health services in Bermuda to the strength and wisdom of the women who came before her.
Over time it became clear that the environments people worked in were having a significant impact on the clients she served. That realization sparked a mission to ensure that everyone, at every level, understands how to create a psychologically healthy and safe workplace.
Today, our services focus on mental health, training and development, mediation, and building psychologically healthy and safe workplaces that support both people and performance excellence.
As we look to the future, our mission remains clear: to empower organizations and individuals to create cultures where people feel heard, valued, supported, and empowered. Through evidence-driven training, compassionate leadership, and practical tools, we aim to transform workplaces into environments where psychological health and safety are not just goals, but everyday practice.
A board game is in development to teach psychological safety concepts through play — making learning engaging and memorable. We’re also expanding through scalable programs, digital courses, and accessible resources designed to make Psychological Health and Safety achievable for every workplace.
